Esquites fall salad!
Hello foodie friends!
Thinking about my personal haunted house–I’m out to eat and the only option is a raw portobello sandwich. Seriously spooky and not a far cry from most Midwest eats. (My grandmother was confused when I told her chicken stock was not, in fact, vegan.)
Thank goodness we’re surrounded by the not-so-haunting land of veg! Lots to dig into this coming week + weekend, Bread Fest, anyone?? Let me know what you’re getting into and please, please send costume ideas.
