I hope you made it out to Mt Tabor Soapbox Derby for a Saturday of wild fun, fabulous costumes, and some cut throat racing. Anyone else see Clifford? 😅 if you know you know. Another summer weekend of peak Portland and unbelievably just a few more weeks of August to enjoy.
Was happy to hear that Mirisata had their most successful PDX burger week! A great reminder to keep showing up for plant-based options when the moment arises.
