Root veg and hearty greens upon us.

9.21.2026

Hello foodie friends!

Did you make it out to Circle V? Any favorites you care to share?

Somehow September is flying by and I’ve yet to eat anything pumpkin–spiced, gnocchi or otherwise. Delicata has made its way into my CSA share however–so you know I’ll be in heavy squash recipe test mode the next few weeks. On the lookout for apple cider donuts in the meantime and tracking down the best fall plant-based eats.

Stay hungry,
Hawnuh Lee
