Lots of plant-based foodie fun to dig into this weekend. Maybe I’ll see you at NW Veg Fest or a movie in the park? Temps are cooling down ever so slightly and I hear the whisper of a pumpkin patch in the air.
I’ve been excited to see such great turnout for PDX pop-ups lately but reminded we need more plant friendly options and chefs making it happen! Are you or someone you know putting on any fun food adjacent events soon? Send ‘em my way!
